Space — Aerospace Vehicles
A propulsive orbital vehicle for satellite servicing and debris removal.
IndoFighter's Orbital Manoeuvre Vehicle (OMV) is a small, propulsive spacecraft designed for on-orbit satellite servicing, life-extension, and controlled de-orbit of end-of-life satellites — addressing India's growing space sustainability obligations.
The OMV carries a docking adapter compatible with ISRO's standard interface, a xenon electric propulsion system providing 500 m/s delta-V, and a robotic arm for capture of non-cooperative objects. Development is funded under India's Space Activities Policy 2023 and is led by IndoFighter's Space Systems Division at Thiruvananthapuram.
