We recruit from India's premier IITs, NITs, IIMs and from the armed forces. We also welcome international talent with specialised expertise in stealth technologies, propulsion systems, avionics integration and composite structures.
Aerospace Engineering: Aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, avionics, flight controls, systems integration, and test & evaluation. Our engineers work on India's most sophisticated aircraft programmes from concept through to operational service.
Manufacturing & Quality: Our state-of-the-art factories in Nasik, Kanpur and Bengaluru employ skilled technicians in composite layup, precision machining, electronics assembly, and quality assurance.
Digital & AI: Software engineers, data scientists and AI researchers work on flight management systems, mission computers, ground-based simulation and digital twins.
We believe in lifelong learning. Every IndoFighter employee receives an annual development budget of ₹1.5 lakh for professional training, conference attendance or academic courses. We partner with IISc, IIT Bengaluru, and DRDO laboratories for collaborative research programmes.
