Shakti's production brings together additive manufacturing, automated fibre placement of composite skins, and digital twin-based quality assurance to achieve a unit recurring flyaway cost significantly below comparable international UCAVs.

IndoFighter has invested ₹800 crore in a dedicated UCAV manufacturing facility at its Bengaluru North campus, capable of producing 24 Shakti aircraft per year at full rate. The facility is highly automated, with 60% of assembly operations performed by collaborative robots programmed using digital work instructions derived directly from the 3D master model.
