Organisation Programme

The Shakti programme is a public-private partnership between IndoFighter Corporation (prime contractor and systems integrator), DRDO-ADE (UCAV research and EW integration), and BEL (avionics and autonomous flight management systems).

Programme governance is exercised by a joint government-industry Programme Management Office co-located at IndoFighter's Bengaluru campus. IAF and Indian Navy user representatives are embedded in the PMO to ensure operational requirements are met at every design review gate.
